Open May through October: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays; The property is open by 8am for event preparation with a final event ending by 9pm.

Customized set up handled by us, breakdown handled by catering and venue operations so you and your family do not have to work on your special day.

You can select your catering and food services to fit your own budget.

We are proud to offer high-end event furniture included in the rental price, so that every one of our events has access to furniture without added expense as you begin planning the details.

If the furniture we offer does not meet the vision you have, we will coordinate furniture rental as as service included. We have permanent string cafe lighting over the lawn and throughout the venue.

We also include a luxury bathroom trailer with ADA unit and ramp (flushing toilets, running water). Being a downtown venue, we have secured ample parking spaces.

There are two large areas of the property designed to host events. The main event area is an open meadow-like area tucked deep in the back of the property, with over 7,000 sq. feet of space. This can be used for both ceremony and reception.

For smaller weddings and events, the front of the property offer both paved area, great for dancing and grass area with beautiful summer garden as the backdrop for any event.
